The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.158/2016 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that he took loan from the Bank of Baroda, Branch-Khemnichak, Patna. When the monthly installment of the loan was not deposited, the Branch Manager of the Bank persuaded her to give her passbook and money through Mukesh, the Peon of the bank. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18028 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 informant has made abortive attempt to malign the image of the petitioners only because she failed to pay the installment of the loan. There is no document that the informant handed over the passbook and money to the Branch Manager.
