The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the District Education Officer, Siwan to pay arrears of salary and the current salary of the petitioners, who are

Patna High Court CWJC No.23501 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 working as Pachayat Teachers in New Primary School, Sughri, SC Tola, Block- Bhagwanpur Hat, District Siwan and in New Govt. Primary school, Nagwa Erazi, Block Bhagwanpur District Siwan.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Siwan, before whom the petitioners have already filed representation for payment of arrears of salary and the current salary, to dispose of their representation within a reasonable time.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Siwan to consider the representation of the petitioners already filed before him and if the representation of the petitioner is not found the petitioners may file a fresh representation and pass order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
