Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.22 of 2017, registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the informant was robbed of his motorcycle by two miscreants and later on one of the persons who had robbed, namely, Dilip Kumar, was apprehended red handed who disclosed the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of the motorcycle is from Dilip Kumar and not from possession of the petitioner and except that Dilip Kumar has disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of his associates, there is no other material and petitioner has clean antecedent.

No.17389 of 2018(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.22 of 2017.
