JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 382 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that petitioner was arrested on chase on suspicion and on search of his bag different clothes of ladies, man and children as well as 19 piece of foreign currency were recovered. Apart from that petitioner is accused in three more cases.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no case of theft of those articles has been lodged and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody for six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.71452 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge on bail. However, if the trial is not concluded within six months, he will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
