Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amnaur P.S.Case No.233 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except confessional statement of co-accused Prem Kumar made before the police, there is no other material against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four
