The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 272 of 2019 arising out of Mathihani P.S. Case No. 2 of 2019, registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that the informant, along with other police personnel, proceeded to apprehend Rohit Kumar and Fekan Kumar, wanted in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 664 of 2018 in village Ramdeni and both were apprehended there. On query, both disclosed that one stolen motorcycle is kept at the house of the petitioner, Aman Kumar, thereafter, the house of the petitioner was searched, from where the motorcycle recovered. Submission is that the petitioner was not apprehended at his house where the alleged motorcycle was recovered. The

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 272 of 2019 arising out of Mathihani P.S. Case No. 2 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, V, Begusarai, subject to the condition that out of two bailors, one must either be parent or close relative of the petitioner.
