JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 10.11.2017, seeks bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S.Case No. 165 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code and 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission is that girl has been recovered and as per medical report her age is assessed in between 17-18 years and had eloped with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is married man and according to the statement of the girl, he kidnapped her and made an attempt to establish sexual relationship with her and was recovered from petitioner's relative place.
