The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.687 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 474, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B)(C) of I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioners as per FIR is that a motorcycle was intercepted and three persons were caught from there and from them documents of 36 candidates for examination in the constable recruitment have been recovered including the paper of the petitioners and it is stated that they were engaged in unfair means through electronic devices and nothing has been recovered from their possession. Moreover several accused persons have been granted privilege of the anticipatory bail vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18965 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 order dated 9.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10360 of 2018 and order dated 10.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16709 of 2018 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above . let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order and on their surrender they will be released on bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case nO.687 of 2017. with condition that they will co-operate in the investigation of the case, other their bail bond shall eb cancelled. is disposed of.
