2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 308(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 19.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 4084 of 2024. Though the petitioner is an accused in 11 cases, but only three cases have been mentioned in the present bail petition. The impugned order shows that the petitioner is accused in 11 cases, but still only 3 antecedents have been mentioned.

4. In these circumstances, it appears that the petitioner and the deponent are trying to mislead this Court.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the deliberate suppression of facts, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
