2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner kidnapped informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not supported the prosecution case. She has stated that she was in love with the petitioner so she voluntarily left her house and went to Jaipur. Court has assessed her age to be 18 years. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 9.8.2023.

5. Considering the section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge POCSO Act, Darbhanga in Ashok Paper Mill PS Case No. 231 of 2022.
