Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has alleged that marriage of his sister was solemnized with petitioner in the year 2018 and after marriage she was being tortured for non fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and on 10.04.2019, FIR named accused killed her by strangulation and on receiving information regarding death of his sister he went to her matrimonial home and found her lying dead with brownish black ligature mark like an inverted 'V' shaped around her neck and her in laws were found absconding. The post mortem report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70556 of 2019(3) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 also shows ligature mark and the hyoid bone of deceased fractured under such circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
