JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 The petitioner claims that he had appeared for B. Sc. Part-III examination, held by B. R. A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, in 2015. His result has not been published. Accordingly, a direction is being sought to the University to publish the result.
There is no explanation as to what the petitioner was doing from 2015 till for the first time in February, 2018, he claims to have approached the Examination Controller of the University by way of representation, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to the writ application. On reading of Annexure-2, I find that there is no acknowledgement in respect of receipt of the said representation by any Officer of the University. It is stated that the said
Patna High Court CWJC No.5583 of 2018(2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 representation has been sent to the Examination Controller of the University through registered post.
In the background of the facts, as noted above, I am not inclined to entertain this application by passing a positive direction, as sought for.
