JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39965 of 2017 with a direction to learned trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial is not concluded within the said period.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded and only one witness has been examined and petitioner is in custody since 10.1.2017. Heard learned APP also.
In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.17989 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Siwan, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 347 of 2017, arising out of Barharia P.S.Case No. 06 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property in the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear on each and every date, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
