Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.447-C of 2011 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 341, 323, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. In the complaint petition, there is allegation that complainant entered into an agreement for sale of the land with Ram Chandra Mahto and paid an amount of Rs.50,000/- to Ram Chandra Mahto. It is also alleged that Ram Chandra Mahto instead of executing the sale deed in favour of the complainant executed the sale deed in favour of other accused persons, namely Mahesh Rajak and Gore Rajak. Petitioner is brother of Ram Chandra Mahto. He has no concern with dealing of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18125 of 2018(3) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 complainant and Ram Chandra Mahto.
In view of such, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.4.2018 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner will be allowed to remain on the same bail bond.
