2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant after feeding his mother went back to his house on 21.05.2024. On next day when he came, he saw that her mother was lying dead in a pool of blood.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. In this case during investigation, informant was made accused. Regarding this petitioner during investigation that the villagers have said that on

No.81024 of 2024(4) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 the date of occurrence, this petitioner arrived at the village and he was in drunken state and villagers suspect that the murder might have been committed by this petitioner. Except suspicion, nothing has come against the petitioner. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of minor nature. Informant of this namely, Ramashish Sah who has been made accused in this case has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 76838 of 2024. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
