Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

According to FIR, allegation is against three persons including the petitioner to have caused injury to Anil Rai. The Doctor has found single firearm injury at the hand of Anil Rai.

Considering the fact that other co-accused, who allegedly fired at Anil Rai have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18117 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2018 arising out of Jurawanpur Police Station Case No.34 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
