2. Without going into the merits or demerits of this case the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of the representation before the District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, West Champaran (Respondent No.

2) dated 21.10.2025/22.10.2025, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight

Patna High Court CWJC No.17664 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
