Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No.75/2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to suspicion. Further submits that petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence rather he is in Delhi. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72656 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
