The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017 in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused Sanjay Paswan, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that neither has any incriminating article been recovered nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade.
Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
