The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case no. 586 of 2018, registered under Section 354(C), 354(D) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of I.T. Act, 2000.

The accusation is that since the daughter of informant was being teased by his villager Ranjit Kumar Rajak due to that reasons, informant performed the marriage of her daughter. Thereafter, Ranjit Kumar Rajak with the help of petitioner used to harass her and Ranjit Kumar Rajak also got some photograph of her daughter and viral the same from the mobile of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70335 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 fact, there was love affair in between daughter of informant and co-accused Ranjit Kumar Rajak, but petitioner being the Gotiya of Ranjit Kumar Rajak has also been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 586 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
