JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.12.2017, seeks bail in Barhat PS Case No. 81 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that this petitioner gave iron rod blow over head of the informant as calf of the informant had entered into the house of the petitioner and others have assaulted the other family members of the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on trivial issue the quarrel took place, the allegation against the petitioner is of giving sole blow with iron rod over head of the informant but the injury is simple in nature.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dilip Ravisas is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K.Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat PS Case No. 81 of 2017.
