JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 dated 09.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners who are ladies are alleged to have caught hold of the waist of the informant whereas other family members of the petitioners are said to have assaulted him by means of hard and blunt substance. The occurrence took place because of the dispute over burning of fire. The injuries suffered by the informant are stated to be simple in nature.

No.21480 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners, however submits that the petitioners have not assaulted the informant and a counter case also has been lodged by the petitioner No. 2, leading to registration of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018.
