2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 307, 504, 34 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 188 of 2019/ST No 309 of 2025..
3. As per allegation, the petitioner came to the house of the informant along with 5-6 unknown persons and started firing. His brother Anand Pandit became injured. Three empty cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, although his prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court, vide Cr.Misc.No. 67317 of 2022, but it was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77646 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 observed that if he trial is not concluded within a period of one and a half years, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. It is stated that the stipulated period has completed, but the trial is still pending. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2022.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Cae No. 188 of 2019/ST No. 309 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed in the court below till conclusion of the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
