This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016 for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation, in brief, is that grandson of the informant was taken away by the accused persons in a nearby field for playing game, thereafter, his alarm call was heard, informant reached there and found accused persons running away. It is submitted that the learned counsel seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the accused person, Sanjay Singh, has been admitted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1348 of 2017 on 15.03.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18824 of 2018(2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
