The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that one stolen mobile is recovered from the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is said that one mobile is recovered from the petitioner. The said mobile has not been put on T.I.P. to ascertain that the same is stolen property. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 22.07.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 22.07.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. (Railway), Sonpur (Saran) in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. case No.162 of 2019.
