Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No.181 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 141, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons , who happen to be in-laws of the informant, surrounded the informant and there is allegation against the petitioner of stabbing the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no repetition of blow, moreover the petitioner is said to be father-in-law of the informant and there appears to be simple dispute with regard to Bidagri of the daughter of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73288 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 petitioner and moreover the injury is simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No.181 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
