====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-11-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased fell ill and she was taken to the hospital where she died. He is the father-in-law of the deceased, living separately from the son and the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025.
