The petitioner has been in custody since 15.02.2018 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had attacked with the iron-rod and hockey-stick. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstance of the case and that the petitioner is not having any criminal
