The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a, 29 and 30 of the Arms Act.

As per the allegation in the FIR, it is stated that the licensee arms as also license of Arjun Singh were found in the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a retired defense personnel, he is in custody since 21.09.2019 and that co-accused Arjun Singh whose arms and license has been recovered from the petitioner has been enlarged on bail by order dated 28.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77187 of 2019(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 No. 76247 of 2019.

The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 481 of 2019.
