The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,420,414,120(B), 34 of the IPC and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Submission is that the recovery of liquor was not from the possession of the petitioner rather the persons from whom some liquor was recovered disclosed that they were carrying the same for the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78912 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 petitioner in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.127 of 2019 pending in the court of learned CJM, Madhubani. Prayer is refused.
