2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 108, 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. It is alleged that deceased was done to death by the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner, and thereafter, without informing the informant, her dead-body was being cremated.

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. The deceased was married with petitioner 10 years ago. As a matter of fact, out of anger, the deceased committed suicide. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S.
