JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the Certificate Officer, Siwan has already passed a final order under Section 10 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914, hence the petitioner would be taking steps to file an appeal against the said order.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the Certificate Officer, Siwan. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
