JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 238 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 407, 409, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be driver of the truck and allegation against him is that he has lifted the sand but did not unload the same on specific place.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has unloaded the sand at the place as directed by the authorities concerned and allegation is false and concocted and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
