JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3,4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in immoral traffic of the innocent girls. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the statement of two of such girls was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein they have not alleged anything against anyone.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21585 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 completion of the investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.107 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
