JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-03-2018 This application has been filed indicating that in CWJC No.19071 of 2017, the vehicle number was inadvertently mentioned in the pleadings as 'BR 25E 5253' whereas the correct number of the vehicle is 'BR-25C 5223'. Seeking correction of the aforesaid, this application has been filed. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and on a perusal of the record of CWJC No.19071 of 2017 and the documents annexed thereto, we are satisfied that a typographical error has occurred in the vehicle number and the same can be corrected. Accordingly, it is directed that the vehicle, which is to be released in pursuance of order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.922 of 2018(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 03.01.2018 passed by us in CWJC No.19071 of 2017 shall be a motorcycle bearing registration no. BR 25C 5223 and not 'BR 25E 5253'. However, the District Magistrate concerned on satisfaction of the documents of the vehicle seized shall release the vehicle.
