Petitioner seeks bail in Sidhwalia P.S. Case No.225 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the IPC. The informant alleged that during course of patrolling he found two persons going on a motorcycle without having registration number and on seeing the police, the accused persons tried to flee away. On chase, the driver of the motorcycle was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Rupesh Kumar. Rupesh Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner, who managed to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rupesh Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by order dated 24.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.3174 of 2019 and the case of the petitioner stands on bettering footing. The petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69927 of 2019(4) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 since 16.08.2019.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No.225 of 2018.
