2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 295 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103 / 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main accused namely Gyaneshvar Kumar has already been granted bail by a co-

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and the main accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of ACJM-1st, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 295 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through her lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
