Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 344, 323, 366-A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with two others took a minor girl from her house. The impugned order goes to show that subsequently victim returned and made statement disclosing this fact that petitioner not only participated in her abduction but also committed rape on her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
