The petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Narhat P.S.Case No.8 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 471, 468, 409, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that Rs.6,64250/- was allotted to the School of the petitioners. Petitioner no.1 is the headmaster and petitioner no.2 is the Secretary of the School, out of them, they have worked of Rs.4,97,396/- and defalcated Rs.2,00174/- as work done only of the value of Rs.4,97,396. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that they have worked to the value of whole amount but in spite of the fact it has been submitted that they are ready to deposit

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the order with bank draft of Rs.2,00174/- payable in favour of the District Programme Officer, Nawada and thereafter they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Marhat P.S.Case No.8 of 2018.
