Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioners are in custody since 12.07.2017. Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners nor the petitioners were ever put on TI Parade. Investigation of the case is already complete. Only material against the petitioners is confessional statement and some criminal cases disclosed in para 3 of the bail petition. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19894 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kartaha Police Station Case No. 20 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
