2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 341, 323, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the mother-inlaw of the informant was being abused and beaten by the petitioner and others due to which her mother-in-law died. It is further alleged that informant's brother-in-law Arjun Bind who had enticed away the daughter of co-accused Vakil Bind and both returned after performing marriage. This was not being tolerated and it is alleged that on account of that the petitioner along with others have written the murder of Arjun Bind as a

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that one of the accused Vakil Bind has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate bench in Cr. Misc. Case No.40634 of 2009. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 27 of 2009 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeVIIth, Gopalganj.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
