Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kiul P.S.Case No.37/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 427, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. As per the FIR, the police intercepted a tractor loaded with sand and petitioner and some other named accused persons and some unknown accused persons attacked the police party causing damage to the police vehicle. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70160 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and they have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul P.S.Case No.37 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
