2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 53/2025 dated 22.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 317(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country-made katta, a mobile phone and a stolen motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the co-accused, Pankaj Singh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77487 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The other co-accused person has been granted regular bail by the co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53199/2025. The petitioner has 13 antecedents and he is on bail in all athe aforesaid cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the country-made pistol which was recovered was used by the petitioner in double murder case of Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 53/2025 with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
