The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though there is allegation of commission of firing against the petitioner. However, the shot did not hit anyone. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017. The allegation of commission of fatal wound is against Dinbandhu Sharma. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19230 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 P2/ learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.305 of 2014, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
