The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.620 of 2019, registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The informant after seeing the CCTV footage disclosed that the petitioner and one another person committed theft of his auto. The auto was also recovered from behind the house of the petitioner situated in Brindawan Ghoshi Kundi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 08.08.2019 and the trial has not yet been concluded. The stolen article has already been recovered. The petitioner is also accused in three other cases but the

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months, petitioner, namely, Raja @ Md. Raja @ Nepali is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.620 of 2019.
