2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for his pre-mature release.

3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, it has been said that the petitioner has not completed 14 years of

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of.

5. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any order of the remission board then he is directed to prefer a fresh writ in this Court.
