Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni (Refinary) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered under Sections 396 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 33161 of 2019, 57794 of 2019, 58620 of 2019 and 50388 of 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
