2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.17 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Gandhi Tanti in the year 2021. It is alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, her daughter was killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner Rital Tanti is father-inlaw and petitioner Chameli Devi is mother-in-law of the victim. The victim was in depression due to death of child and she herself committed suicide by hanging. The in-laws of the victim were present in their respective room when victim committed suicide. The petitioners are old persons aged about 70 years. The petitioners are in jail custody since 06.07.2024 and 31.08.2024, respectively. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioners for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
