By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding directing and ordering the respondent Circle Officer, CirlceGwalpara, District- Madhepura to consider the response dated 21.01.2023 filed by them before him which is set out at Anmnexure-5 to this petition and the representations dated 10.03.2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.16521 of 2023(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 and 17.05.2022 filed by them before the respondent District Collector, Madhepura and then pass fresh order in encroachment case no. 07 /2022-23."

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Collector, Madhepura within two weeks from today for redressal of their grievances. If such a representation is filed within two weeks from today, the Collector, Madhepura shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 4.

During the pendency of the representation before the Collector, Madhepura, the possession of the petitioners shall not be disturbed by the respondents. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
