JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 5.2.2018, seeks bail in Jamui PS Case No. 270 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that due to irrigation of the agricultural field quarrel took place and the petitioner is said to have given sword blow causing injury in the finger of the informant and on the head of informant's brother.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between both sides due to dispute for irrigation of the agricultural field and the injury attributed to the petitioner on the informant's brother is simple in nature.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Deoki Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jamui in connection with Jamui PS Case No. 270 of 2015.
